Movember

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of mustaches on thousands of men’s faces in around the world. With their Mo’s, these men raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. Movember was motivated to create a fully featured mobile app which could multiply their donations by reaching new members and keeping loyal donators coming back each November. The “cool factor” was another important component for this global fund raising phenomenon.

ESPN

ESPN was interested in creating a compelling second screen experience for the US Open Tennis Tournament. BestFit helped them to do exactly that by creating ESPNinPlay. This mobile and tablet site was created to allow tennis fans at home to be served up trivia and questions regarding the matches, as they were being played and watched on ESPN2. The partnership between ESPN and American Express also allowed fans to earn American Express points for participant’s top scores.

BestFit built an entire Game Management System that was run live by a “Producer” at ESPN while the matches were showing. The game management system enables the user to upload questions and trivia content, create custom questions, and manage match prediction questions, all real time as matches were being played.

Carson Wealth

The wealth management adviser Carson Wealth Management advises clients on how to make the most of their investments through the reach of an adviser network. These advisers are selected by Carson Wealth and must communicate and deliver the approved company vision, strategy and advice to their clients.

BestFit built a complex 3 pronged solution: 1) Comprehensive Content Management System built to comprehend and process their unique financial/investment data, 2) A website optimized for desktop browsers, and 3) A hybrid iPad application optimizing the tablet surface and allowing online and offline use of all functionality.

Herbalife

Herbalife delivers health and wellness products worldwide. The company sponsors in excess of 100 athletes and needed a way to to accurately and easily educate these individuals about Herbalife and their products as they are interacting with the media and other distributors. As the Olympics were rapidly approaching, they reached out to BestFit Mobile to deliver the right solution. In our discussions it was decided we build a mobile application for iPad 3. We added a social media component making it easy for the athletes to communicate within social forums, and learn about Herbalife and its products all in the context of a gorgeous high-res picture experience.

Genesis

Genesis has united over 1,250 world-leading engineers. They are raising the bar in early phase engineering consultancy, full-lifecycle subsea-engineering services, feed and detailed design of onshore and offshore projects. Genesis’ marketing team wanted a way to build brand awareness out in the marketplace and provide their potential customers with an iPad application that could assist them in making quick, on-the-spot pipe size and weight calculations. BestFit Mobile conducted meetings with Genesis’ marketing and lead engineering team to understand the needs and goals that were set for this project. This first phase of the project was focused purely on the pipe calculations. Future phases will include more information and news about Genesis once that content has been created for Genesis’ website.

Michaels

Michaels approached BestFit with a strategic initiative to shift print media spend to digital while ensuring that sales and customer engagement continue to grow. They wanted to target a younger customer base and decrease dependence on print media, all the while tracking media spend to in-store purchases and driving in-store sales via mobile.

Michaels needed a new mobile channel with an engine to drive real-time coupons, product search, visibility to their weekly ad, and shopping list management, among other features. BestFit led their team through a comprehensive Discovery process to define the mobile requirements, including wireframes, business requirements, and technical requirements. We completed in-depth focus groups with their customers to understand how they wanted to engage with Michaels via mobile.
